I’m sorry I’ve never eaten at Shake Shack before and wasn’t aware of the proper cheeseburger ordering protocols. But you would have thought I was the worst customer ever. I am not a heathen – I say please and thank you. I am sure my experience was tainted by a few things….the gal that took my order at Shake Shack was rude. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and soda and mine was $15. My husband got a chicken sandwich and fries (no drink) and it was $14. He ordered his food and was eating while I was still waiting in line to place my order. I picked Shake Shack and my husband picked Honey's Fried Chicken & Donuts. We weren't in the mood to pay and arm and leg for one of the fancier restaurants in the place, so we opted for the 'food court'. While the parking signage is lacking, because we arrived so early, we didn't have to drive long before we found a spot rather close to the elevators. We had no trouble getting into the garage. Traffic in this area is a nightmare, so we arrived well before our show (2:30pm on Friday, January 6, 2017).
But that could be because we stayed on the main level of the MGM and didn't investigate if there were other things to do on different levels. The MGM at National Harbor was big, but not as big as the Casinos we visited in Vegas. My husband and I have been to Las Vegas, so I've seen a 'traditional' Casino/Resort.
